We have some exciting news!
Recently Dr. Vogel was voted by his colleagues as the new president of the Maryland State Society of Plastic Surgeons. The official name for the society is the John Staige Davis Society. John Staige Davis was a Johns Hopkins Plastic Surgeon who was the first Maryland practitioner to devote his entire career to plastic surgery. In addition John Staige Davis wrote the first American text book on plastic surgery. As the president of this society, Dr. Vogel recently got called to duty to attend a meeting in Annapolis to discuss some legislative issues regarding plastic surgery. This is a great honor for Dr. Vogel to be able to represent his plastic surgeon colleagues in the state.
