This is a 23 year old female, 5'10'', 145lbs who had lost volume after pregnancy and breast feeding. She desired a fuller and more lifted look. She stated she wore a small C cup and would like to be a D cup and uplifted. Her breasts were lifted and a moderate silicone gel implant was placed in the submuscular (under the muscle) position. A complete incision was made around the areola. A vertical and horizontal incision (anchor scar) was also made. The implant size is 500cc's bilaterally. A moderate D cup has been achieved.
