Reason for Undergoing Treatment:

This is a woman in her mid 50's who had a large amount of skin laxity after weight loss. She underwent a full abdominoplasty with liposuction of her thighs and then approximately four months later she had additional liposuction of her abdomen, hips and thighs. The reason that some abdominoplasty's require a second stage liposuction is to maximize the benefit of the body contouring while also maximizing safety.
