When patients are considering a facelift to freshen their appearance, their primary concern is to have a natural appearance. I share this concern 100%. To this end, I would like to use the most minimal incision possible to achieve the greatest result. The incisions are placed in front of the ear and then continued around the back of the ear. If more extensive surgery is necessary an incision maybe placed underneath the chin for contouring of the neck as well.
