This is a 36 year old female, 5'4" & 130lbs who has had several children and has lost volume over time and from the pregnancies. She desired a much fuller, more lifted breast. She was a C-cup in a bra but flat in the upper portion of the breast. Her breasts were lifted (Mastopexy) and an Anatomic implant was placed in the submuscular position. A complete peri-areolar incision and vertical incision. No horizontal incisions were made under the breast crease. The implant size is a 300cc implant filled to 320cc's on the left and 320cc's on the right. A Full C-cup was achieved.
