This is a 35 year old female, 5’7", 145lbs who has had several children and lost volume over time and from pregnancies. She had previous saline breast implants and desired a softer more natural look, feel, fuller and more lifted. Her original implants were placed above the muscle. She stated she wore a small D cup and would like to be a full D and uplifted. Her breasts were lifted and a moderate silicone implant was placed in the submuscular (under the muscle) position. A complete incision was made around the areola. A vertical and horizontal incision (anchor scar) was also made. The implant size is 500cc’s. A full D cup has been achieved.
