This is a 41 year old woman whose fat collects in the hips and thighs. She has 3 children and much of the added fat came following her pregnancies. Her main goal was to improve her appearance in clothing and a bathing suit and smooth the contours in these areas. She underwent liposuction in these areas and her inner knees as well. Total surgical time 1 ½ hours - Results seen are 3 months post operatively.
