This is a 38 year old woman who is truly 2 different sizes comparing the thighs, hips and buttocks with the top half of her body. She underwent liposuction of the hips, thighs, abdomen, and buttocks during a 2 hour procedure. The results are seen 3 ½ months following surgery.
