This woman is 49 and was ready for a freshening up of her appearance. She was especially unhappy with the drooping of her brows and early sagging of her jowls and neck line. She had very little excess skin and facial fat and was an excellent candidate for a limited incision face lift, known as an S lift and a modified (limited incision) brow lift . In addition she had some fat augmentation to her facial creases and lips.
