Frequently patients come in and they are not happy with their profile, whether it is the nose, chin, or neck they would like to know what enhancement could be done to improve their appearance. When it comes to the nose, the procedure is called a rhinoplasty. The chin can also be augmented to improve balance between the nose and the chin and the neck is usually contoured through liposuction alone or through a skin and muscle tightening depending on what needs to be performed.

When I came to Dr. Vogel, I was concerned about fat that was developing in my chin. It had been developing for sometime, but I never really did anything about it. It got to the point that I no longer could look at a picture of myself if it happened to be a profile. I looked at myself, I looked like an old man, and I knew I had to make a change. When I came in and saw Dr. Vogel he took me through the procedure, explained everything in great detail. What Dr. Vogel did was he tightened up these muscles in my chin, he removed fat, and at the same time he also tucked the skin, and my profile now, I would have to say, takes at least 10 years off of my age.
